For repeat visitors to shop where we can get re-occurring revenue it would be great to offer customer accounts for those customers who want it. While keeping the Guest Checkout process that already exists but for those who opt-in & want to register an account such as serious buyers who want to track, review, and have a history of purchase can have it available on the Launch Cart shop site.
- Wish List, Favorites, and Reward Pages could be incorporated in this customer account so we can build loyalty with the customer and keep them coming back for return visits.
- Price Alert or Back in Stock Alerts where customers who want an item can subscribe and follow items so they are alerted to them back in stock if they have it on their wish list.
- ReOrder buttons, where they can reorder from their customer account history from past orders.
- Recently Viewed, where customers can view their browsing history so if they forgot to buy something in there lst visit.
These are just a few of the uses of a Customer Account and how we can help shop owners get re-occurring business from customers. I'm sure there are more so would love to hear feedback from others if you have suggestions?
